  • How long can I rent one?

    We offer daily, weekend, weekly, and monthly rental options. No minimum required — keep it for a day or a few months.

  • How much notice do I need to book?

    For events or multiple units, we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. Need it faster? Same-day options are often available — call us quick.

  • Do you offer same-day or emergency rentals?

    Yes! Same-day service is available when we’ve got the units and time. Call us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

  • Is there a deposit required?

    Large events or long-term rentals may require a 20% deposit. We’ll let you know at booking — no surprises.

  • What types of porta potties do you offer?

    We rent standard (“regular”) and Handicap Accessible portable toilets. Our bright red luau-ready lineup gets the job done clean.

  • Do you offer Handicap Accessible units?

    Yes. We have Handicap Accessible portable toilets available for events and job sites. Just let us know what you need.

  • Are holding tanks included with porta potty rentals?

    Nope — holding tanks are a separate service. They’re used for setups with plumbing, like trailers or off-grid homes. Need both? We’ll help you coordinate.

  • What extras can I request?

    Hand sanitizer and lighting are available on request. Holding tanks and wash stations are separate services (and wash stations are coming soon!). For windy sites, please provide your own stakes or straps.

  • What areas do you deliver to?

    We cover the West Side of Hawai‘i Island — from Kohala to Ocean View. Remote or rugged terrain access may have a small fee. We don’t currently deliver to East Hawai‘i.

  • What are the site requirements for delivery?

    Toilets must be placed on flat, accessible ground. You’ll need to mark the location and send us a photo before delivery so we can get it set just right.

  • Are there extra delivery or setup fees?

    Sometimes. If your site is remote or includes rugged terrain access, we’ll let you know up front. No sneaky charges.

  • How many people can one porta potty serve?

    We can help you figure out the right number of toilets for your event or job site, but the final choice is yours.


    • Job sites: 1 unit per 20 workers (per OSHA)
    • Events: 1 unit per 50 guests for every 4 hours — more if there’s food or alcohol

    More bathrooms means less waiting in line and happier guests (or crew).

  • What if the toilet fills up early?

    Weekly service is included for long-term rentals. Need an extra pump-out? No problem — we can schedule that for a small additional fee.

  • Why was my toilet not serviced?

    If the unit is blocked or locked we can't service it! We need to be as close as possible and have full access the unit.

  • How do I pay for my rental?

    We accept credit cards and other common payment methods. Full payment details are confirmed at booking.

  • How long do I have to pay my bill?

    Payments are due upon receipt and we do allow a grace period. We can't run a business on just Aloha so if you No Pay, we No Spray!

  • Anything else I should know?

    We’re local. We care. We show up when we say we will — and we service every unit like we’d use it ourselves. Clean kine every time.
